IN-COMPANY TRAINING
For many years the Integration has been working in the field of improving the quality of disabled people life.
The Integration offers training to the personel of shopping centres, banks and public institutions concerning the expectations and needs of disabled people.
At present, two types of trainings are carried:
- ''Sensitivity to disability'' – for personnel coming into direct contact with customers
- and ''A disabled person – an employee with full rights'' – for targeted at Human Resource Departments.
ARCHITECTURAL AUDIT
Companies, property managers, sport grounds and public area administrators can order an audit of the facility accessibility for disabled users.
After recommending essential architectural changes the Integration could also provide their realization.
